Hi everyone,

to those that don't know me, I'm Drew Sturgiss, previously the Director of IT for UoW Rotaract, currently the chairman of Rotaract|IT and incoming Director of Communications for the MDIO. I've just upgraded the UoW Rotaract website, which is now accessible via www.uowrotaract.org.au (though the old url will simply redirect to the new one).

 

Club Meeting - 21/09/10

  1. Relay for Life - How did we go(at time of writing, this hasn't happened yet. Feel free to help out, it starts on Saturday(the 18th) morning, show up at 12)
  2. Bowling for your Generation - How are we progressing in organising it?
  3. Debating events - What are the details?
  4. Interact Club at Holy Spirit College - Where are we?

Feel free to come along. Great chance to make some friends, help out the community and make your résumé look all the more impressive

-Daffodil Day, further planning needed for our first coming event!
-The Clubs Reaffiliation Status, everyone needs to turn up to put their name on the form
-Further Details on Rotary's Presidential Citation
-Update from Clubs and Socities day
-Wrap up of Red Party and drawing of Raffle.

Please if everyone who is a member of the Club would attend to sign the CSE paper work, that would be incredible.

Special Club Meeting: Induction of new members!!! Congratulations to all of you who are eligible. It is a pleasure to formally welcome you to the club. Elections: for the board 2010-2011. Positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. Red Party wrap up; Biggest Morning tea, preliminary discussion. Change over dinner, preliminary discussion. As you can see there’s lots to do. Very important that you attend!!!

Clubs Day

Hello Rotaractors,

That's right, it's that time of the year again, CLUBS DAY is here this WEDNESDAY. For any of you in the club prior to my arival you'll know clubs day was the day that I got involved in this club, so lets go out and get some new recruits!!

The day runs from 11am-2pm, so if you're at Uni and can help out come down to the Duckpond lawn at10:40, I'll be around Panizzi getting coffee at 10:30am, my number is 0434 126 532 contact me if you're around during the day.

Also, just so it's known, any Rotaractors past or present are welcome to come down and say hi.
